This map is an attempt to show what roads will be closed and when during the week of the Democratic National Convention. As information is changed I will attempt to update this map, but Feel free to update and expand on this maps information if you see or hear something about roads closing.

This is the crazy loop for people who think gaining 3200 feet of altitude sounds fun. This is about 20 miles round trip from Boulder, with the 3500 feet of vertical gain.

This is Sunshine Canyon into Gold Hill, then Gold Run Road to Fourmile Canyon to Boulder Canyon.

If you start out going up Sunshine Canyon, at almost any point if you turn around, it is all downhill into town, with some sections reaching 40 mph.

This is the route for groups wishing to march during the Democratic National Convention. Also, Denver Police are saying that Speer Blvd. will be open for the morning rush hour, but not the afternoon one.

This area has been designated as a restricted access area during the convention. Only residents with special credentials will be able to access this area.

This is the parade route designated for marchers during the Democratic National Convention. The parade will start at 11:00 a.m. on August 25th to the 28th. The route will end within walking distance of the public demonstration area located in the Pepsi Center A parking lot

The parade marchers will be allowed to use this area on August 25th-August 28th beginning at 10 a.m. Parking is limited in this area, so people planning on participating should taking some form of public transportation  to the staging area.

People working or living in this area will notice extra security. Residents will need to be credentialed to enter this area.
