I did this hike on July 15th, I started at about 7:20am, and got to the Peak at 10:00am, and then was on the road back to Boulder by 1:30pm. I didn't find it that hard.

This is the route I am trying to do. I get about half-way up one side. It is from Poorman to Gold Hill, Colorado.

That is about 2,000 feet of gained altitude, over about 8 miles along the road one way.

The "I am tired now" route. Not nearly as much altitude is gained on this stretch.
