Just to give some perspective...a ten foot sea level rise won't happen for a hundred years at the earliest according to most scientists. What you are looking at in this map is not only a spatial topic, but a temporal one as well. The consensus I've heard is the following, assuming we continue to dump CO2 into the atmosphere without doing anything about it.
a one foot rise by 2040
a three foot rise by 2090
a ten foot rise sometime in the 22d century
melting of the greenland ice sheet (23 foot rise) sometime late in the 22d century.
Opinions vary, however, and there are folks who believe in rapid climate change. That would be really scary, and I can only hope that those folks are wrong.
